    Samofo's indicative cash bid of 0.62-0.65 significantly undervalues OBS. Board should reject but, nonetheless, a bidding war will erupt. Based on PIR's takeout at $100oz/EV, OBS is worth $1.50. Shareholders should be demanding at least $1/shr.
