Oh, I certainly agree with that, and the pity is that the miners environment is now so hostile that we will never again see another Fortescue. Any future big new developments will be foreign owned and controlled. The final nail in my view was the cringe-worthy attack by Wayne (who?) Swan. That was shameful. Can anyone see an individual Australian risking creating much-needed new infrasructure in the Pilbabra? I don't think so.
Sorry to contaminate this with politics, but those who drone on that miners should be paying more tax have summarily killed the golden goose stone dead.
