Or maybe the debt is about to be converted into one hell of big chunk of equity, the journos are spot on the money AGAIN, and current shareholders are about to get short changed.

Ill be open minded - part CR + big part debt for equity + smaller loan facility (<$200m) = >9:1 immediate dilution ....... and then over $1 on a 1 for 10 share consolidation.
