Fundamentals couldn't be more uncertain and more dangerous. SGh is still not cashflow positive (if they were in Jan and Feb we would have been told), Bankers want a restructure plan, SP has crashed accordingly hence any CR is not an option and a significant OPEX cut is required which is a short term cost.
