Totally agree - had a very similar experience and was previously neutral on the vote.
Other Board members only interested in Kaolin, paid to much for the project, complaining about the non exec directors salary pool increase (so they can actually pay market rates).
Total desperation but by acting in this way she will seal her own fate.
