Correction RHK is 100% behind the Lithium she's just not behind been over thrown and loosing control of what she thought was hers.

I received a call from LK today and how he feels that his Mother deserves to be a director of PNN as she has hand picked these tenements and only she knows the complexity of them and praised her for the recent rise in the share price. LK also mentioned these new directors have absolutely know idea what they are doing and would set the share price back by 12 months.

I said to him shareholders had become tired with little or know communication from PNN and a sliding share price and constant small CR's.

My take is that they are both well aware that there days are numbered and it was a last ditch effort to remain involved in PNN.

My last words were to him i think its all to little to late.

P.S The share price clearly disagrees with LK as the price has only increased since the removal of RHK and future is bright for PNN.
