- SP went from 10 cents to 5 cents to 7 cents to 2 cents.
- 12 months of updates on Non-Renounceable Issue and Proposed Issue of securities
- Received capital from LDA Capital - spent most of these funds
- Announced distribution agreement and a $1.1 million sale but have yet to receive most of the dollars from this sale or announce any other sales news
