I'm thinking 'vote' on the resolution(s) that you feel will drive the Swiss cheesing of pilg.
The resource type is what's attracted me to PLS; a good friend told me to take a look. I remember when I first took up a lithium battery drill a few years ago in my old mans work shop , fark they obliterated all power tools before them and from then for me it was going to be the future .
IMHO PLS won't get to mine Pilg. drilling it , grading it and getting approvals on pilg will be as far as PLS take it.
Multiple MoU's; discussions barring non exclusivity would indicate at least to me; that when the timing is right PLS will be taken ..... Luckily For shareholders , there will be multiple company's lurking and nervously tapping the foot knowing others are looking on with Internet
