Begs the question why dont Management ask one or all of these tier 1 companies to gain a 20% stake in total in PLS currently at a share price of say 10c would be more than enough to drill pilg and any other expenses such as consultants and i bet they wont sell 1 share in such a scenario instead of giving them to "friends of management" who seem to love to dump 20million on market since they have been offered... The job could be done a bit better ont he share register side on who they give large amounts of shares to its not the first time they have given shares to the wrong people
