I'll bet it wasn't the day the shares went to the 3.5c low. A betting man would say in the 4's somewhere, because that is where the price was most of the time. PF has used 3.5 and another number in the 3's when the SP was that low for precious little time.
Of course it is possible to move the SP around to your own benefit just before you sign something if your a big enough player.
