Your own choice but can I advice If your going to vote against 3 - vote Yes for 4 ?
Risk Scenario would be if 3 passes you potentially would want 4 to pass as well..
(If 3 does not pass 4 does not pass irregardless..)
Just Saying...... against will be a minus potential $6.5 million in funding..... that money is going to have to come from somewhere... Start passing around the tray..
