Opposition communications spokesman Malcolm Turnbull has made investments in two telecommunications giants and a mining company.
In an update of his members' interest register lodged on August 16, Mr Turnbull listed new shareholdings in miner Lynas Corporation and telcos France Telecom and Sprint.
Lynas Corp is an ASX-listed company involved in rare earth mining and processing, centred on a mine at Mount Weld in Western Australia.
Sprint is the third-largest wireless carrier in the US.
Mr Turnbull also declared the Nine Network had paid for him and his wife Lucy to attend the London Olympics, but he had reimbursed the network for the cost of accommodation, tickets and hospitality.
