molycorp are drowning in debt at the moment - they have already issued 650m of debt to finance their neo purchase and a couple of days after your article came out, moly announced they needed to raise additional funds to cover the capex shortfall ($300m i think) so they can finish their phoenix project. so do you think that the broker who prepared that report is credible?
and with regards to the waste disposal, lynas have said that they are able to dilute the waste below the radioactive threshold where it needs to be monitored and reprocess it so it can be sold to provide an additional income stream.
