10,000,000 fpo - does rrs get these?

From RMP's Appendix 3B:

"The shares will be issued in consideration for introduction, facilitation and technical services with respect to the acquisition of an interest in the Georgian Project"

Not mentioned in their main announcement but typically hidden away in the Appendix.

This is equivalent to $2m. So who gets it?
This appears to be a serious amount of shares/money.

Did RRS introduce the deal? or was it Okap? same people working under the same roof, different name!
