Just read it. I thought for 1 second it could be range, it should be range, but it will most likely be Max Capital.

Come to think of it, I think Range might still owe (need to issue) Max Capital 4m worth of shares for the introduction of Georgian Acquisition deal as well.

Another thing, the $1m to be offered to range holders will only be 5m RMP shares, or 10m ($2m raising).

With around 1.034b shares on offer, that would be 1 RMP share offered for every 100 held in Range? Seems like the prospectus is a waste of cash/time TBH.
