    I think you will find that Max was to get a mountain of shares, totalling something like 36 million.

    My recollection is that this issuance was to have been in tranches.

    I would conclude the milestone of Georgia has triggered another tranche.

    Well looked after.......but hey, somebody had to do the work?!
