It will restrict transactions. When i go to buy a second hand boat or car or other item i find that having cash in my pocket to pay for the item can help me compete for the item, help me get a discount on the item or a better price and it also eliminates any stupid bank cheque fees and it means i can give the guy cash on the spot and drive the car home or hook the boat up behind the car on the spot and on the day, theres no waiting for money to arrive into someone else's account after a day or two. removing cash will also reduce/restrict impulse buying/sales imo.
It won't just effect illegal trade and illegal trade will always find a way anyway, this is just an excuse for more chinese style big brother survelance and control mechanisms. Totally against freedom.
