From previous announcements Aspire have mentioned that the 2011 drill program will be conducted between Feb - June so one would expect some announcement very soon?? Has anyone had any experience on typical time it takes to drill this amount? From what i can find it could be as little as 6-8weeks? Obviously mongolia would take a hell of a lot longer but we haven't heard much since feb?
CAn anyone also tell me what are the constraints of hauling by road to Erdenet? Is it just the quality of the road that is being built by the mongolian government? If atlas iron can haul 6mtpa, ramping up to 15mtpa on 150km of dedicated haul roads surely akm could aim at 2-3mtpa? Roads trains in aus can haul between 200-550t per trip, simple time capacity calcs would show 1 truck could potentially haul 200,000t a year with a 13hour cycle between ovoot and erdenet?
Can anyone please explain the processing that takes palces for coking coal??
