It would be very difficult to take over CR1 given it was listed with such a small number of shares held by a small number of people.
CR1's exploration on the 70% tenements is fully funded by CR1 until BFS at which point one thing or another will happen (buy the other parties' share, other party contributes 30% funding, etc etc etc who knows).
