The big difference is that Ian Middlemas and Peter Woodman can add significant value without IGO or LEG. multiple $1bn+ takeovers between them.
IGO would need to pay a big premium if they wanted to buy the assets now and a JV is unlikely down here as CR1 management don't need IGO/LEG expertise during exploration.
