I'm ok with having 70% of a $1b asset.
if anything was to happen, I think ENT would be first to do a deal with IGO and then IGO can go after the remaining 70% via purchasing (all) equity in CR1 or direct purchase of the 70% from CR1.
I think CR1 adds a lot of value before IGO/Creasey team take the reigns.
