I'm beginning to think that this website is referring to the Croesus Mining Pty Ltd, Carly Louise McGowan, Elizabeth Louise Steinepreis, Mark David Steinepreis and Judith Elizabeth Steinepreis as Independent Nova Holdings.

If you look at the SSH notices for FRN, CR1, ODY, etc, they are all under the Croesus name.

GAL, on the other hand, with a confirmed SSH from IGO recently is under IGO Limited: https://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20200501/pdf/44hglfy6fgvl40.pdf

However, IGO lists in the GAL SSH notice that one of its companies is IGO Nova Holdings Ltd which has the same ACN number as the number listed on 61Financial: https://opencorporates.com/companies/au/009150083

Then you have FRN which has both Nova Holdings and Croesus as shareholders: https://www.61financial.com.au/en-au/prices/shareholders/FRN/?from=individualInvestor but Coresus does not currently show IGO in its portfolio.
