    You do realise the market has all that negativity priced in?
    Let's just see how we finish the month out before getting all excited

    The only reason we got inflation so high in the first place was because businesses rorted it after the covid crash & still are (posted this image a few weeks ago)
    Even with manufacturing & supply chain cost ls falling

    But we live in a capitalist world
    Leave your prices too high & competition will come along & take your market share
    Inflation is falling & will return to normal soon enough
    As will interest rates
    Not 0.1% rates but a more reasonable 1-1.5%
    Which is much lower than we are now

    US are expecting 3.1% YoY cpi tomo
    I remember everyone saying it will take years to bring that down
    Australia will follow as the sheep that they are
    Wasn't it 18 months time frame from the rba to get our inflation down?
    At current rates we will get that this year & we'll prob hit 0 before the end of year
