XJO will only do 1200 in 12 months from a lower level than the current one. Maybe from the darker red shade of @Whalewatcher chart.
There are absolutely no catalysts in the economy or market right now to get us to 8500 in 12 months. No, not even when the RBA says they're finished raising. They're likely to hold rates up for quite some time.
