Hi ibuy,
Nido are working on a deal to farm out all of their permits in th RP to a major in order to further their massive exploration program. I would imagine that Nido's tight corporate governance would prevent Directors and employees from trading if a deal is near. Either that, or the normal trading blackout period when quarterlies are near (Jan 31).
