I suspect the reason for the later than usual announcement today, is that when the summary was being finalised, it was noted that the number of buyers was incorrect at that time, and it was updated, to more current information and what we got in the announcement.
Just a guess, but if you look at the announcement in HC above, you will see a difference. That probably should be updated by HC with the actual announcement released on the ASX.
I am also curious, is commercial quality rubies considered 'gem quality'?
Reason I ask, is that the last sentence in the About Mustang section, states 'a closed bid tender of more than 350,000 gem quality rubies, so just thought I would double check what the term means, as I was curious.
