Don't think you understand how MUSOA options work.

The MUSOA options have a fixed exercise price of 3.5 cents to convert to MUS shares before 15 January 2020.

In other words MUSOA option holders (like myself) simply pay 3.5 cents per MUSOA option to convert to a MUS share ... in other words MUS gets a fixed amount of 3.5 million dollars for every 100 million shares.

The upside and leveraging benefit of the MUSOA options remains the benefit of the MUSOA optionholders.

I'm already happily up over 350% on my MUSOA options and never selling them.
