I read over all the transcripts from the previous hearings and I can tell you I will be absolutely shocked if this isn't upheld. Claims of not negotiating in good faith, getting upset because OBL weren't going to fund their drawn out negotiations, and BS about several other things. I am glad that OBL maintained a professional disposition throughout.

Oh and I would worry about that offer at 3c. It will disappear fast. It is purely to place a psychological wall so that people sell below it. Look at the sell side. It's all a play so that people get scared and sell lower.
