MM commented that Mega "had stuffed up the cap raise and were trying for $100M+".
$70m for Tarcoola, say $110M free float = $30M retained by Mega/Indian JV.
$110M blew me away given we're scratching to find much hard value in Mega.
Given the mkt caps of Nthn & Focus at $110m & $90M respectively, in comparison to Uley, I'm thinking they may shoot for around $120/140 with a free float of around $20/30M rather than the ridiculous amount Mega was punting.
Pure spec, guess we wait and see, but price movements on the two peers will have some influence.
