IMO, the big draw card is they more than likely won't need to do any CR's. Most likely thing is they acquire a highly prospective greenfields suite for a mix of cash and scrip (you'd expect at cash backing minimum) which would still leave them with $3-5M in the kitty to drill. Raise next round of funds at 20-30c which would only be a cap of $15-22M
