looks to me as though FMS is now trying to do broker road shows because they need a back up plan if the options dont get exercised.

you would think that they would have been doing these long before 3 weeks until opt expiry.

anyway, i think that after the opts expire FMS could be worth a punt but there could be some more heat to come out before then. i think you can bank on FMS not getting the opt cash and now look towards a small cap raisings and then getting a big partner in. this could take another 12 months.

as always, people get sucked into the hype.
