The appraisal "process" in itself as already started Roch, they are already working on it but we do not have a start date yet. From their last Ann, the start date will be given in March.
No it is not severely undervalue, if it would be, the 10c price range would not be hard to pass...imo...
And what do you mean by "it will continue rerating", is there a rerating now? in the last few days?
