Go and ask that to the people that invested in KZL. (Me included). It was a company the was producing, making big money and possibly even paying dividends. It was doing M&A's if and when required, and then, "Bang" down it went, and now is the hands of an Administrator trying to get it to survive. It went from a billions dollars company to what it is at today.
Anyone that would have done the research and homework that you are alluding to, would have come up with nothing else that it was all good.
Think of that, and think at what the current market and the World sentiment can do to a company. ANY COMPANY for that matter. And then you would realise as to why karll and nashezz are asking for what they ask. For, IMO during these hard times, some reassurances from any company, every now and then, wouldn't go astray.
