NTU is a rare earth project developer and have been able to raise $10.6M combined from two different sources:

from the Americans:

Question:
I would like to know what other similar rare earth projects developers have in recent times (during a period of depressed rare earth prices)  been able to raise such substantial amounts.

I would also like to know if other similar rare earth project developers that have raised money, have been able to do it on similar favourable terms as disclosed in the Lind Partner offer to NTU: "This financing is repayable over an 18 month period from the date of the drawdown. Each repayment is to be made on a monthly basis, at the Company’s option (that's at NTU's option), either through cash, shares or combination of both."
