Range won't get delisted. Instead they'll consolidate and issue another 2 billion shares, which will dilute current shareholders out of existance. A few people are making too much money to allow this to go under- consultancy fees, directors options, the 'pass the money around' game.
Nah, Range won't delist, though it'll be of small consolation if they run out of cash next year and need a massive placing.
