    Positive news for VRB.
    I have held PCE for some years now. Purely from an energy
    (Remote area Power supply) point of view.

    How may this news impact upon PCE?
    Also, despite monitoring posts on this site for some time, I
    have never been able to fully understand the history and
    shennanigans between PCE and VRB.

    Is anybody able to give a plain english explanation without smart alec jargon or pointscoring?
