CK, yeah these stocks are ahead of MNM in terms of progess but they also have the MC to reflect that. MNM's MC is too attractive as the coal and phosphate has barely been factored into it at all.
It was trading around these levels back in early 2007. Sure share issues have diluted the stock slightly since then but the progress made on the initial gold projects is enough to counterbalance that. So for my money I am getting in on the ground floor for a rocket.
analyst99, exercise of options is the conversion of options to full shares by the payment of the conversion price. This money goes to the company for further funding, but dilutes the MC.
