    Your first three paragraphs contain great analysis.

    Your thought experiment is ridiculous though... You can't honestly be suggesting that MM intentionally misled shareholders with incorrect and/or misleading information at the AGM to ensure that options were converted?
    If that was the case... Right now, MM and the rest of the BIT board would be in a courtroom.
