It will be interesting to see if they continue to hold to the principals on which they floated the company. If so, they won't be handing over IP to foreign BP, IMO.

This attitude would go a long way towards explaining the slow partnership progression. I imagine BP just expects to wave a shite load of $ and gain immediate and complete control.

Despite this, It cures HEP-C, stops Cytokine Storms before they can cause harm, exposes HIV for elimination, has proven safety records in human trials, is cheap to produce, has no need for expensive storage solutions, long shelf life, and no apparent problem being combined with current and developing therapeutics.

All those compounds sitting on the shelf waiting for backing. Makes no sense if they are willing to hand over IP to the first group to wave a fist-full of cash.
