No I do not think so.
The NDA is more to keep BIT's IP safe,
And the interested parties name out of the spotlight,
So their peers don't copy them or beat them to the punch....
I think as shareholders are owners of BIT,
That as soon as results are released and written into BIT's format,
They will be released to market,
With shareholders being made aware of the results at the same time as any interested party,
Or anyone else....
