Why? Price sensitive information needs to be disclosed doesn't it?
An NDA with Gilead, as an example, or any other BP, would have been huge for the share price and beneficial to shareholders.
They must be so close then to a huge payday that the slightest affect on the share price, short term, is nothing in comparison to what's coming.
You would have huge nuts selling shares in this environment. A true lesson in patience is unfolding.
