Yes it is positive from the perspective of a potential partner that BIT has no instos on the register as it makes it much easier for them to screw BIT over. This is one of the major reasons that companies try really hard to get instos on the registry.
It is impossible for a company with the registry that BIT has to raise $100 million from the market. Very few companies can raise this sort of money and only with the support of the big end of the market. Small retailers just don't have the cash.
As I mentioned previously there really insn't much data to come, maybe no data if the new assay provided inconsistent results. Even under the most optomistic view of the new assay data it is not really going to add much to the BIT225 story.
