    Money wont be an issue for partial clearance or better unless a competitor is identified who can
    do better, better.

    I think you're also ignoring disclosure obligations re costings material to organisation and arguiing in contradiction to management inference around results

    Doveish sentiment sent fast money out for fast opportunities later this week. Volume was higher at beginning of week.
