I reckon that delays just come down to money. I don't believe that they can make deals without the results. They (management) have done all right to have got three P2s done on a shoe string budget and I believe that the same monetary narrative would apply to the cro's with BIT probably paying for the cheapest lowest priority slots. I also believe that cov19 results have been put on hold till HIV results are done due to having more of a handle on HIV and possibly greater confidence in the outcome. If HIV show good results it would enable them to do a CR straight away.
