CROs for sure were selected to make delay. Who are getting more benefit of the delay being caused by CROs? Why cann't CROs complete the works they estimated to complete as advised by MM in the form of Mid Jun 2023, coming weeks, ...? How are CROs going to compensate for the delay being caused by them? Can MM claim any compensation for the delay through arbitration?
Results in the second Quarter (April - Jun) of 2024 as mentioned by MM: "Good progress is being made and the Company looks forward to reporting results during the second quarter of 2024." ! MM sounded pleased and excited.
Will there be any results MM was referring to? If no results by Jun 2024, it has been just her drama episodes to get advantages of the delay being caused by CROs. If no results by Jun 2024, selection criteria through which MM selected the CROs should be questioned and investigated by the regulators.
