Maybe we should not be so hard on BIT taking forever to deliver results from its phase 2 trials.
MM could be in the job for quite a bit longer and it will be interesting to see if the final results throw up some additional issues - good or bad. - that differ from the prelim results.Several months to two yearsPhase II clinical trials might last anywhere from several months to two years. In phase II trials, researchers determine the optimal dosage, begin to assess the effects of the treatment on the condition it’s designed to treat, and collect further information about tolerability and side effects.
