They have less than 6 weeks till the end of the Quarter
Ang going on their previous spending
will need to raise to have more than 2 quarters of funding available.
So IMO they will need to raise or have planned the raise and how it will occur,
By the Quarterly Announcement at least.
The sooner the better.
It won't be good to wait until people see their are no funds available,
And let the SP slip anymore,
Before the inevitable raise at a discount....
