Yeah wordsmith i get the back ended nature of the deal. $750m usd if conditions are met etc. Also the future royalties being part of the deal. Just don't get the SP. if you bought at $25 a share pre deal, have you got a special dividend? Or has it been diluted to buggary? Can't understand the chart. genuinely curious. Not trying to be a downie.
