Maybe you could send the BOD your CV. MM's looking to retire. It sounds you'd be an excellent candidate to replace her.
They pay well and you don't have to achieve anything. It'd have to be your job dream job.
It'd be one way of making your fortune from BIT. What's not to love about that?
