If the tech was soo good, why haven't a BP grabbed it by the pussay and taken it over.

20m mc not too long ago. Could have done a t/o over for 70-90m then. Now 48m mc, so I'd say 100-150m, would probably be sufficient (considering money in bank etc) for a t/o..///this kind of money is chump change for BPs!

something doesn't stack up, if the tech is "better than [gritsone], as revolutionary as NVIDA (that made me chuckle by the way wordsmith, best yet lol), '"good", amazing etc, where is the $$$ to prove it up?

Yeah phase 3, could be a good time for a deal. But there are lots of examples of bios getting deals / Take overs early on in the development phase (p1 etc).
